Day 1.

Today is actually like every other day .

The only difference is the fact I didn’t take any sugar.

For someone with a sweet mouth that’s a real challenge .

Ate twice and smacked once .

The most interesting meal of the day was lunch . I have missed this meal .

We call it okpa, it’s a pudding made from Bambara nut .

Bambara beans are highly nutritious, and have been termed a complete food. They consist of about 65% carbohydrates, 18% protein, and are rich in essential amino acids including isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, and valine. Its chemical composition is comparable to that of the soy bean.

It’s 5pm .

All forms of eating is suspended 🦋.

For today I do not feel like exercising really 🌚.
